This truly historic property has been in the White family since 1831. It is a really magnificent property that allows us to see how the true Australian "settlers" lived in rural Australia.
In recent years these truly wonderful hosts have opened their property and life-style to tourism - a chance for us to see and understand a little of the problems faced by the early settlers of our wonderful country.
With real fortitude and faith these early settlers created a kingdom. The present family members have managed to maintain and keep a large portion of this huge acreage for their descendants. This alone is almost unheard of these days as "progress" has gobbled up so many famous properties of our past. With conference facilities and various types of accommodation, this is must see destination.
